Hi All,
Just moved to the area from Utah. Been snowkiting a handful of times and excited to go in Tahoe. What's the best source of info for locations/wind forecasts?
Anyone going?

Re: Snowkiting this weekend North Lake Tahoe
Here's a link for some of the best known spots...

Note: Tahoe Meadows is the correct name for Mt Rose Meadows.
I've also had two epic days at Sierra Snowkite Center. The trick for catching SSC on a good day is when it's blowing EAST.
Hope Valley & Prosser Res. can also be good when the wind is right. They're also easy to access.
I recently got word about a spot off of Hwy 20 (just W of where it hits Hwy 80) that sounds promising (it looks promising on GMaps too).;-)
