Lost NP Surf Waist Harness at Alameda 6/13 evening

Hi,
I stupidly left my NP Surf waist harness with bright yellow North kite leash hanging on the drying bar at the Boardsports Alameda location.

It has a hook that pivots and is mostly black with some white on the back.
