Don't they sell those as a pack with a waiman 6.25?

4/3 long and 3/2 shortie gets you covered in the bay. In really cold days you can wear both on top of each other and boil inside. Shorties are cheap, good to have one.

I must be colder than everyone here--I wear my 4/3 long year-round and don't get overheated during the summer (this is in the bay). Last summer I received a Hyperflex jacket which I've been adding on for winter kiting--keeps me super toasty. When the sun is shining (e.g., yesterday) and I'm dry it can get a little warm but I inevitably end up in the water at some point and that keeps me cooled down.

I suspect if I went to Sherman more I'd go for the shorty or maybe just shorts/t-shirt.

Sherman in the summer I normally wear 1.5m long sleeve top and 1.5 mm shorts most of the time. Will wear my shortly over the top if doing an early morning session out there.

Right now in Benicia I am using the famous 5/4 Hyperflex front zip. Super toastie but a pain to get out of with bigger shoulders....I am still practicing the technique for this...

I am using an ONeill Mutant 5/4 with a detachable hoody. I also top it off with a Liquid force impact jacket. When I was at Alameda last Saturday, I felt pretty comfy. But then again, I am about 145 lbs with little fat.

My F'n Hyperflex front zip zipper took a dump. :(

Anyone repair wetsuits in Bay Area? 3rd Ave Sonny maybe?

Thanks guys for the info. I bought one of the 2011 4/3 hyperflex amp k suits that were on sale at kitepaddlesurf.com for $120. great deal. I ordered a Large, although I'm usually a medium tall, received it yesterday and the thing fits like a glove. Feels really light for a 4/3, looking forward to trying it out next weekend.

Cheers.
Corey
