Yep - many years ago we moved all of the big rocks and car suspensions out of that area and marked it with pvc poles. Hope the poles are still there - out side of that area is really nasty.

People tailgate on kites like they tailgate in cars... it's stupid. I was halfway to the freaking channel once, thought I was a mile from any human, and out of habit I turned my head before transitioning, and what do you know, there was some kook 10 feet behind me. I literally yelled, "are you kidding me???" Don't know if he heard.

Maybe he was a NASCAR fan and was just practicing drafting...

It's possible you cut him off when you were merging into traffic from the launch and he had kite rage
