Ozone Instinct Update - Attention Bow Riders!

Yoda,

Please share a list of Ozone retailers that will have the instict for sale. Mail order is ok, but San Fransico area brick and mortar is preferable.

Hey NTB - Currently there are no brick and mortar dealers in the Bay. Live 2 Kite is the only surf kite dealer (e-tailer) in the Bay with an account with Ozone. I'm interested in working with Helm, Aquan Sports, or Kite Wind Surf. Many dealers are in a wait-and-see mode, unfortunatly the longer the dealers wait the less likely they will get kites before July. Many dedicated Ozone dealers are placing orders based on their personal trust with Ozone. They know we will probably have a good thing and decided to take the risk. Currently all sizes of the Instinct are sold out for May and orders keep flooding in as the buzz increases. I found out today that I should receive my demo kites next week... =D> I'll be out soon enough. Keep an eye out for me!!!

I am sorry to hear our local retailers are being so cautious and not stocking the Instinct. There is no dealer list on the Ozone factory wedsite. What online retailers are factory approved and carry the instinct?

Hey Yoda,

We are all anxiously waiting to see the kites and test them here in the Bay Area. When you have them in your hands ( hopefully asap) and are ready for a demo day in San Francisco we will all follow you and decide.

This is the approach that we recommend to our customers - try before you commit. Then try again and make sure this is the product you will spend your money on.

Just my 0.02. In summary we are waiting to try the product and then jump based on hands'on experience.

Ozone is a brand of highest quality and I am sure they have put all their experience and technology in the Instinct.

\:D/ My Instinct's demos are due by the end of the week (I hope). They are due to ship this week to Windzup in Utah, then sent to me. I hope to get out next week, so Evan and everyone anxiously waiting, I promise I will put the word out or give the green light so to speak when it's time to follow your "Instinct" and come give this kite a test flight. Any ideas on where to have the first Instinct demo? Cheers

P.S. Evan, Thank you for the positive remarks. I agree with trying before committing. One thing as a sales rep, I generally give a product a good test before I make a decision on representing that mfg... much like a consumer demoing a product before he makes his purchase. It's funny that in this case I'm selling a product that I have not put through my tests before I had to sell it, so I can understand your feelings on holding off. Knowing and trusting Ozone and their proven history makes it easier to be confident about selling the Instinct, so I hope it shines!!! I'll be contacting you soon.
