For kiters in the Santa Barbara area, there's a stack of stickers in the upstairs office of the SB Harbor Patrol.

Tonight I stuck a bag of the last of these stickers I have to the 3rd ave safety/rules sign closest to the entrance to the 3rd ave lower parking lot, across from the porta-potti, by the locking gate.
