Things are looking pretty North this morning, but the coast will get a NW slant. I'd say the picks for today would be the coast, 3rd, Folsom and Crissy works on a North too. For us stuck in the East Bay we may be out...

If it stays North or NNW, don't bother with Alameda, all you'll get is rolling offshore gusts and bursts of wind with your kite falling out of the sky in between them and 5-20 gap in lulls and gusts. Just saying.

3rd was good 11am-1pm, about 10-12 kites out, 8-10m. it died pretty suddenly and doesn't look liked it picked back up.

Dillon totally fired today. 8/10meter all day with really fun waves. Super smooth between the sets. Never more than 5 kites in the water. Green grassy hills, lots of hawks and baby sheep to entertain on the drive up.

Do we *have* to wait for Spring to really arrive or can we all just start kiting now?!!
