Yes it is. All Kiters walking from golf lot to UL will pass the sign. Hopefully they read it & park accordingly.

Not at all. But I'd swap the positions of the golfer and kiter, and put a ball headed for the kiter's head. :)

Thanks again. I'm sure that will go a long way toward solving the problem. Most of the people I talk to are genuinely unaware of the rule.
