Sonny,

The analogy is not really like that. If you look deep into the philosophy of eric Herstsens of how he operates..you'd probably want to buy a kite from him too. Let start with the way he gives under priviledged dominican republic kids free kites so they can play(only in return that they keep an eye on tourist kiters in Cabarete) and those same kids have become PKRA champions (Ariel Cordiel and Rondon)...as far as Yugo performace...I have not kite as many years as anyone on this forum does ( a little of reading articles before buying my kite) and looking at Eric H's Track records (one of the pionneer in kiting/also a friend o the Leiganoux brothers inventor of the leading edge tech.) Him and Peter Stiewe (now chief R&D at Best kites) were designing stuff for Best and Liquid Force. So if they were designing Yugo quality kites I doubt Best and LF would hire any of them to input any idea of kites. I do concur...my Honda lasted 14years and had 260K miles and would not die..but there is just something about BMW and Ferraris:-) I reckon people buying those cars are not wise...but what can I say?:-)

Hmm,

Don't mean to get too much off-topic here, but if you can get a great deal on a BMW in great shape with low miles go for it. There's just something about it that makes it a fine automobile and the nicest I've had to date, and it's just your basic 323i... german engineering bro!

Contrary to Spindoctor's spin, I can assure you that this kite is no Ford...even if it's not priced like a Ferrari!
DAMN those graphics looks even better on the actual kite than the computer drawings. I can't wait to get em

Dogs, monkeys, rabbits? I am going to start Angry Chinchilla kites. It will come with a free cage and 90 days of newspaper shreddings.

Wainman's are not for everyone...however if you are curious, come out this weekend and ride one, enjoy a cold drink with us, chat with Lou and Shawn and have a good time.
