Riding a wave into 1/2 " of water, yeeha! Broken neck here I come!

Snow wave

Great shots a bit tough on the photographer though I would guess. Got the shot but here comes the wave, bamm!

The ultimate tube! Looks more like a tunnel of foam, amazing shot.

I finally got a chance to ride the 9m Kima at Pismo on Sunday and the 6m Kima at Waddell on Monday. Each kite was very stable, predictable, and turned fairly quickly - but no so quickly that you couldn't feel where it was. It also pivots very nicely on a wing tip when that's what you want. This is a great wave kite and I was just amazed at how smooth the power is throughout a bottom turn with this kite. It's almost like cheating.
Here are a couple of shots of Dimitri from Waddell...

sweet shot of Dimitri and the rock! =D> Will you be heading to the island with any of those kites? Perhaps tomorrow?? Can I bribe Dimitri (and you too, of course) with my special cookies?
It ain't easy being greene.

Leanne,
It's too cold at the island right now. We're saving that Demo for June or July. Felix will be coming out in May. If it has warmed up by then, maybe your cookies will be incentive enough to get him out there.
BTW - Leanne's Special cookies are almost enough incentive to leave the coast when it's blowing 30...
