Hello cdog,

I can't see very well?? I'm 61 years old,I did post this!! I have talked with the Alameda Police, and they have informed me that just because I live across from the beach, I have no right to police there, if I do and the person does file a report, and I don't have a "Badge" I will go to jail. the guy dropped the charge because I told him I was sorry I lit the air out of his kite..Please cdog!! I will be out of here soon, so don't kill my stoke?I will kite up at the shack if this will make you happy?? you know I cannot kite very well, this is why your doing this!! dude I feel so bad because I let you down.. but I have tryed with all my heart I have tryed.

As soon as my wifes mother passes I'm going back home to Santa Cruz where I belong..I would like to ask you if you will stop running me down out in the water and yelling at me to get a new board I don't have the money right now for a new board.

Hello bob
you ok?

as a older kiter and long time waterman i feel you Do have a badge........

last month i was out at alameda, and i saw you on a new surf board
i was stoked
what you call yell i call talking loud.....and was telling you to get yourself a surf board
i cant imagine what you heard?
as for my happiness, i make my own.
you wanted your Own alameda launch you said so. in that meeting....
i just wanted you to mentor it. and keep the stoke alive for All who use the beach

and bob if you do decide to kite at the shack try to refrain from teaching in the launch box, witch is what got you in hot water the last time.

and brother. you can kite where ever you want
worm winds and smooth sailing

but i do feel you made your bed and should lay in it.

Hello Charlie,

Fair Enough...but I did not attend any meeting in the grass?? I did drop by there to pickup my keys to the "Condo" ..I heard your "VOICE" and ran from the area, as I always do..I'm sorry dude but your voice sounds like a "Drill Sargeant" hell I always was runnin' when I heard him!!!! and I have never givin' any kiting lessons at any launch? I don't have the skills to kite very good myself??? so how in the hell could I give lessons.

I think you must have seen somebody that looked like me?? because it was not me!!!

My word is my "Bond" so please lets not go there!!

Good Winds to you Sarg...gotta run for now

Actually i remember that day and I dont think Max was there. I KNOW Pam was there as she threw a hissy fit and basically scared half the people out of the circle. She was arguing that someone crashed their kite on Max or someone else and didnt even appologies. Oh wait, i think it was Josh. Anyways, i just remember her saying over and over and over that her husband has been windsurfing for 20 years.........!!!......!!!!!>.....!!!! etc.

But Max I dont think was present.

What I did was take a surfboard, threw it down on the first windy day and rode away... (of course no one knew any better back then)
Kiteboarding is simply not that hard, JUST DO IT! (but dont hurt anyone)

Actually, Max has a couple good looking old school directionals with straps. Soon as he takes the straps off I'm "borrowing" one and setting off on a tack for 3rd.
