line length issues.....need advice/input.

Hi all,

The manufacturer gave me the run-around. I asked if they would even just send me a set of pigtails ($11 retail!) and no dice.

I'm surprised they choked on the pigtails. $11 plus shipping and they would have bought some good publicity on the bayareakite forum, instead they look like some cheap bozos selling marginal equipment. I ride Slingshot and they have replaced two different bars, paid for a repair on an old kite, and given me credit for sending the wrong items... all offered on their dime. Most kite companies will stand behind their product cause we kiters seem to be brand loyal, and if we do get screwed by a company we are likely to ditch them for their competition. If you want to be cheap just tie knots in the leaders. Its how we did it 5 years ago.
