Nice picture Evan. I was loving the Mako wide that day, thanks for letting me try it. That board is so smooth in the chop I felt like I was cheating.

That cannot be that Helm blocks that game here. This really sucks. I will write Helm right now an email that they should care about their kiters. Depending on their response I will decide to buy more stuff there or not. This here is unacceptable.

Evan, just hand the batch of kites to Sunny and he will serve everyone well for today. No official thingy, just Sonnys thing. Not even Helm will be able to protest against Sonny.

Sonny do you have enough open space in your truck today?

Hope Helm will learn from that. Remember 3rd is our spot not Helms spot.

politics sucks, Georg

Hey don't bash Helm, Gary is actually very nice and reasonable guy. Helm did not start this politics, Cabrinha Rep, Steve started this. As I have told both Evan and Britt I am bias towards local shop and I want to help protect the local shop especially Helm since they are closest shop to me and I used to teach for them. Most people who have talked to me in the past, I have alwasy encourged people to shop at Kitewindsurf in east bay and Helm at Peninsula etc. and not shop on-line. My personal feeling is that I should have a right to demo any kite at my local public beach. This can quickly get out of hand when you get local government involved.

Hey Sonny,

If things get a bit easier, you can count on us to demo our 08 line (Bandit + boards) at 3rd. In the meantime, anybody can call us at 415.573.2619 and we will be happy to loan some F-One gear for few days... and they can go anywhere they want.

Cheers,
-Nico

Even, your response was very well thought out and delivered; glad to see that you feel that the bay (3rd) is worth the trouble of getting your kites in the hands of kiters. Politics or not, you got to do what you feel is right, everything else will work out.
