Please join us for the 4th annual Toll Plaza Beach cleanup & free Distortion wake winch session!

Toll Plaza Beach is an awesome place to ride, but it does tend to collect a lot of junk over the winter so there will be an annual cleanup and winch jam session Saturday, May 31st, 8am-11am

KGB is hosting and we will bring water, cans, bags, etc. In past years we've had a great group of friendly folks and the beach looked fantastic when we finished.

There will also be free wake boarding winch rides once the beach is clean so bring your boards and get ready to shred the new features at TP. The tide will be perfect for flat water shredding!

If you can supply a truck for a dump run, let it be known and you'll have the gratitude of all. KGB will pay for the dump fee but we need a truck and someone willing to make the short run.

The turn-off from the freeway to the beach is a little tricky, so if you haven't been there before and aren't sure about directions, just ask us or just google Toll Plaza Beach for directions.

So come join us and let's do our part to keep the bay clean for all.

Chris great question. It's right of the 80 in Berkeley so not dry far from the beach.

Well, stayed there with tomerp for a little while. Nobody there but us between 10:20 and 10:45.

Was pleasure meeting you as well. Thanks for the tips on the Boots and fin-less boards. Looks like i have yet another new thing to look forward to. So I owe you a beer as well. looks like we will have to exchange beers next time we meet :)

The cleanup was a success! We had a half dozen hands from 8:30-9:45am and we finished the cleanup in record time. The tide was a bit too for wake boarding so we just left at 10.
Maybe next year!
BTW TP has been very windy for the last 3 days and I'm expecting it to continue into next week.
