Re: Crissy field parking preliminary draft map
I went to the informational meeting at the beach wed, the next informational meeting at the beach is this sat 11-12 noon
currently there is 150 paved parking spaces including grass areas 400 places to park.
After this renovation we will have the same amount 150 paved, total 400 with grass parking. So the parking total is the same.
Parking is pushed back from the beach. No more front row or second row parking.
Paved parking added in the back.

Re: Crissy field parking preliminary draft map
The National Park Service Golden Gate national recreation Area will have a presentation/walk through the area for the public at 11 am tomorrow (Saturday-3/19) at the picnic tables near the bathrooms. I would strongly recommend those who use Crissy field on a regular basis to attend and participate in the review/discussion. I would also encourage those who may disagree with the proposal to do so in a civil and constructive manner.

It would be classic California if the lawn/promenade expansion happens and for whatever reason they decide to cancel the parking lot backfill wouldn't it?
