Re: Review KSP Phantom and Charger
What is the point of having just 2 or 3 struts on small kites? Is kite weight a problem in high winds? Is it more problematic than flapping canopy and dubious depower in gusts? Bring on 7 strut kites back!

Re: Review KSP Phantom and Charger
For me, it was bar pressure and low end flying capabilities.
I still fly a 7 strut Caution kite (7 meter) and a 9 meter 7 strut North kite. I removed 2 struts on both kites and made them 5 strut kites. No changes in safety and reliability. But now, I don't struggle any more when the wind starts fading away and me trying to get back to shore. Kite is lighter and flyable as the winds die down below their posted wind speed requirements.
