Please join us for a Bay Area Kiteboarding Season Kick-off & Safety Summit. We will also be having a BBQ and kiteboarding demo. You will also have the opportunity to meet local kiteboarders and local safety experts/instructors.
The purpose of the Safety Summit is to bring the Bay Area Kiteboarding community together to support and educate kiteboarders of ALL levels in kiteboarding safety to prevent accident and injuries.
Program for the day:
10:30-11:00 am - Meet & Greet
11:00-12:00 pm - Safety Summit featuring guest speakers from emergency services and local kiteboarding safety experts/instructors. Topics include rescue, equipment, general kiteboarding rules and guidelines, first aid, and most importantly how we as a community can prevent injuries and accidents.
12:00-2:00 pm - BBQ
1:00-4:00 pm - Kiteboarding Demo at the Upper Launch featuring FOne/Manera, Elevate, AXIS, and Litewave Kiteboards!!!
