Kite repair in the bay?

I have a small tear (10 cms) on my 7.5 nobile kite.
I heard that there is no place to fix a kite in the bay anymore. Appreciate any leads!

I think I heard that Bruce (Bruce Bradley) at Sheldon Kiteboarding is now operating out of the Sherman Island Marina. Here's the info that was posted for 2019...
