Hate to be the bearer of bad news:
Morning news says Crown Beach closed due to sewage spill.
Plan accordingly and look for signs.

And here I went out yesterday thinking if it was really that bad, they would have closed the beach. Though the water did kinda remind me of my step dads meat loaf.

Was it closed yesterday too? I was told there is a sign that says it's closed because of pollution, but people were still in the water.

Yeah we were out yesterday, sewage or not! Some die hard "crap" kiters :)

i was out on wednesday too (somehow didnt see the sign b/c i was in such a hurry to get out there) and I am REALLY sick today. I knew I should have tried to ollie over that "snickers bar"

How bad is it and what type of symptoms you had for being sick? Is it from water, assuming that you were out on Wed. but nothing really happened yesterday but today???

i'm not 100% sure it was the water, but it seems like too much of a coincidence. I would guess that its not bacterial. I started getting a horrendous sore throat yesterday then got a fever, headache then this morning was achy and weak... i barely had enough energy to get to the computer to call in sick.
much better now though
