Hey,

My name is Kurt Miller and I am graduating from UCSB this June (check me out in the newest Kiteboarder, under the Unhooked instructional). I am moving up to the Bay Area this summer to teach kiteboarding at kitewindsurf in alameda. I am super stoked about the job, but I still do not have a place to live / rent.

A couple questions:

Where would be a good place to look for a living situation this summer (June 15-Sept)?

What is a reasonable price to pay per month?

Do any kiters or kiter families out there have room for an itinerant kiter-student-instructor?

Thanks,
Kurt

Jeff has that van, I think it's 50$ for a year pass at Sherman...OR, there is always the pair of 2 room condos at Sherman, they are small, but have a toilet, space for a hot-plate, books/bikes, and are fairly clean. Not sure where you might sleep...Downstairs? ;)

I'll trade a week at my house in Alameda for 4 hours of lessons ;).

Seriously, craigslist might be useful if all else fails.

Thanks,
