Could it be?...Wait... is that....fog?

It was getting near dusk, so I couldn't tell for sure, but was that a fat 'ol fog bank I saw sitting on the coast and over the City this evening? Looks like most winds have clocked SW and WSW. Am I crazy or is there a chance of useable wind this week? Maybe I'm just crazy, I dunno.....
