Was your Red 9M Stolen from the Marina?

I found a red nine meter kite, and two kitebags that were dumped in bushes on Cervantes this AM, a couple of blocks from Bay. Ping me with more details on the kite and it's yours again...

I looked at this a little more closely and the bag is severely ripped, and when I unrolled the kite it has some tears in it as well. I'll give it another week to hopefully find the owner and then I'm donating it.
