Alameda was awesome today. A little gusty and cold, but not enough so to prevent a couple-of-hours-long session.

What's the call tomorrow (Sunday 4/10) for Alameda?
I kited at 3rd Ave. beach today; lit on 9M. It was a nice introduction to the type of riding you all do here on the west coast. Very different from our beaches on Lake Michigan!

Man, the iKite guys sure missed the forecast yesterday! I think they were calling for something like 13-17 at Alameda yesterday... I saw Ollie pulling off huge kiteloops in front of the Shack on an 8m Rally. Nice style Ollie!

When I left around 6:30pm, there were guys out on 6's...

You could be offshore 300 yards and still be directly in front of the shack. It's like saying the Golden Gate bridge is directly in front of Berkeley. :character-spongebobdance: :character-cookiemonster: Anyway, was a good day, not sure if today will bring the same after all...
