Alameda TreeKite spotted on Saturday

First day out on my own after lessons, went out on my 10M at Alameda, had a wonderful time. Much strangeness as a new form of kite was seen, the Alameda TreeKite. Looked like it needed a special power bar...

i heard that species is commonly seen in that area. ESP that tree.

Erin is on the right track--occasionally that tree flowers--they look exactly like kites

I was told i can be negative on the forums at times. So i am NOT going to ask if that kite in the tree is a Cabrinha.

No wasn't a yellow Cabrinha but another of the same family known as the black tipped white Cabrinha.
