I was tied up when the wind hit here, around 4. Figures.
I tried to go out in the morning -- the wind was blowing from the east (sort of north, but mostly east) and it felt steady at ground level, but 100 feet up it was doing wierd things. I didn't feel like getting jacked on the gravel in a luff, so I gave up.
I might try to hit Berkeley/Alameda on Friday pm if the wind forecast comes true. Water sure hurts less than gravel. Try strapping your helmet onto your kitebag!
