So the call is to wait until the wind (supposedly) dies down a bit in the pm and shifts to the southwest? What time should I head down there?

Today is one of those days in the valley when you could kite the rice fields. almost all the roads around my house are flooded.

Hope noone was planning on heading to the mtns today.
