This week is dead, all off shore. But the long-range forecasters seem to agree that the weather is going to change sometime around Sunday, and the storm track is going to head back through California. Not a cold, dry storm like last week's, either.

It's pretty rare that they talk about "the models being in agreement" this far out, but it sure as hell doesn't mean they're going to be right. And we all know they can be off by a day or two in either direction, so "Sunday" means anytime between Saturday and Tuesday.

Not that I care, since I'll be in Baja by then.

Thanks Charlie. I saw that it was going to rain on Sunday, and was hoping that there was some wind with it. I need to try out all the new gear. My wife is getting tired of seeing me run around the house in my wetsuit, harness, vest, carrying my board. Maybe I should practice getting in and out of my wetsuit one more time........

dewey, take your gear to a local pool and test the vest/wetsuit with a belly flop off the high diving board into the icy water!

D,
do you have any resources for putting up a webcam from your office?
