I hope it's before 4. That's when I have to start home. I hope it blows earlier.

Umm, I hate to point this out, but this part of the forecast is from midnight (0000) until 9 am (0900) on Tuesday (March 28). Monday is March 27th.
The forecasts I've seen are all talking about wind and rain starting during the night. I'd say the chances are pretty slim for kiting before Tuesday.
Tuesday looks good, though.

I didn't point this out this time... but the time (0000) until (0900) is actually in UTC time... That is, you need to subtract 8 hours to convert to Pacific time... So, 4:00pm is when it is forcast to be 21mph with gusts over 30.... There will be another update at 10am... I'll keep you posted

Sorry... 0000 is the same as 2400.... 2400 - 800 = 1600 which = 1600 military time which is 4:00pm.... I wish it were easier... but trust me.. it says it will be windy at 4pm today... The airport forecast is the most up to date and accurate forecast I have found for Alameda wind.... It is updated every 6 hours...

by the way, the updated forecast confirms that 4:00 will be windy... actually the wind should start earlier... but will really kick in around 4
