I'm heading to Playa Tortugas in Nayarit (just north of Puerto Vallarta) with a bunch of friends for several days and I'm wondering if I should bring my kite gear... I've been surfing down there before in the past (Sayulita), but didn't really have my eye open for kite spots.

Playa Tortugas is north of Sayulta, south of San Blas -- about halfway between the two, near El Custodio from what I can tell on Google Maps.

Any thoughts?
