Lost spreader bar attachment (alameda Sat 5/10)

I realized yesterday that a part of my harness was missing.
It seems that I lost the fixation of my spreader bar at Alameda last week end (Sat 5/10).
If someone find a small iron hook that look like this fixation (the one that connect the side of the spreading bar) please contact me.
Otherwise does anybody knows where I could by that... I couldn't find that online.
