findings at 3rd form last night: UG baord/LF bar/seat harnes

All from upper launch 5/25:
- An UG board I dragged in from far out. The owner came in on the lower launch but didnt even come up to the upper launch to see.
- A Liquid Force Bar.
- A Seat harness.
