Lost: North Bar/Lines on July 13th at 3rd ave, san mateo

Lost a new North Trust Bar (5th element) on 3rd ave kite beach in San Mateo on July 13th in the evening. Left it there around 6:45pm. Blue and red line lines. Would appreciate if returned and would be happy to provide a reward.
