Pump nozzles/hose fittings

Seems like you should be able to buy pump nozzles some place...are they called something else?
This is the thing I want:

Any ideas where you can buy these things?

That part is generally baked into the hose. If you just need one, I have an extra hose with said attachment that I was about to throw out (due to hose having a crack). San Francisco pickup
