Some locals on the coast took advantage of some luck of the Irish winds and my rehab from recent ankle surgery to become the subjects of a few decent photos. I'm out and about with my new Nikon D90, and yesterday I had it hooked to a 600mm lens that I had borrowed from a friend. Talk about reaching out to touch someone - the kiter in the distant shot is over a mile away!
