As always the winter took out sandbags away. I will by a set of 10-20 over the week. But it would be good if someone else joins in with a second round for bags.

If you bring them please bring a shovel along with them as otherwise its going to take forever to have them filled.

... puzzled that no kite company offers them for free. The best ad money you can buy if you print your brand name on them ...

I purchased 100 thru Amazon. They're expected to be delivered today or tomorrow.
Just like last season, I'll fill 25 and replace as needed thru the season.

Thanks for doing this. This alone in my view is a huge safety "feature". 2 weeks ago I caught a kite on that gusty day at Alameda that was blown by the wind in the direction of the street. Thankfully it was stopped by that tree, super lucky, it had the bar and everything attached still. Missed 2 elderly folks that were walking on the trail by no more than 20 ft. Not cool.

Is there a fund I could contribute to that could pay for these types of things? Or anything else that is needed now I could certainly try to buy.

thanks
Leo
