I hope the owner of this kite was not attached to it when they decided to hang it up at the Toll Plaza.

Saw this when headed to Treasure Island today and took the shot on the way home.

If the guy who did this, is the guy I've seen at this beach, no it's a North.

Yeah, definitely looks like a north. It's even clearer from Ramsey's picture.

Just glad the kite didn't hit the freeway.

Has this kite been retrieved yet?

I noticed it last Sunday as I got stuck for an hour in toll traffic *&HN , so had a good amount of time to scope it. Not exactly a great advertisement. It's behind a barbed wire fence, and pretty high up, so it would be pretty heroic (or some other adjective) to climb up to remove it.

Was still there friday...

I was looking really close from the traffic on the freeway, and it MIGHT be a evo...wrong wingtip shape for a rebel or dice
Listing gear is bad, and you should feel bad.

I can reach out to the ikitesurf/windalert guys and see if they know the owner of the towers. Be nice to be proactive about it, and not just slink away hoping the problem solves itself.
