i was riding back from the city at ~ 640 and saw two kites riding near the boat ramp. Sickly spot.

In that video it's looks like the boat's somewhere on my upwind route as I kite from Pt. Emery on my way to TI, Brooks Island and OC Buoy X... :mrgreen:
