Labor Day BBQ at the Delta

Maui Mike and North Kiteboarding will be hosting a BBQ/demo at Sherman Island over Labor Day weekend. Mike will be providing one of his famous Polynesian BBQs, and I'll be bringing lots of 2011 toys down from the Gorge. It looks to be a relaxed, fun weekend.

The schedule will of course be wind dependent, but at this point it's looking like we will probably have the main BBQ on Sunday, though I will stick around with beer and gear on Monday. If things look good, I may show up on Saturday, so check back here, follow me on twitter or facebook, or check with the good people at Boardsports School, Kitopia, or Sheldon Sails for updates.

All are welcome and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Assuming I survive the drive through Tijuana this weekend, I'll definitely be at Sherman next weekend. The wind will determine whether it'll be a Sat/Sun thing or a Sun/Mon thing, though I'll probably be around all 3 days. Stoked to ride with you there.

Right on guys! Thanks for hooking us up. I was sad to have missed Maui Mike's Q AND the killer winds last Saturday as I was dragged to a wedding :(

I came back out on Sunday and everyone and the wind was gone. It WAS very peacefull out SUPing around the islands I have to admit.

Okay, Hopefully the winds will crank back up for Labor Day.
