Seam on bladder tip blew out... - heat sealer?

Does anyone know where or who has heat sealer to repair seam on bladder? The seam right on the end of the bladder blew out. It's easy to get to since the bladder tip can be pulled out. Not too keen on using the vacuum food sealer. Anybody have a hookup in San Francisco?
