Might be a good idea to check with BRAF http://www.blackrockarts.org/ about the potential art piece. They are putting a lot of older Burner art around the bay area and might be the ones planning a piece there and even if it isn't them, they might be able to point us in the direction of who is planning it.

The council people seemed happy that we showed up and presented our concerns, and Kirk did a great job clearly explaining the situation and backing it up with his diagrams. I think this really showed that we are taking the potential parking violation seriously and are focused on resolving it. I believe this gives us extra leverage, even just based on today's meeting, should any problems arise. Hopefully, we'll get more definitive resolution soon.

You are just jealous that you don't have a colorful RRD kite. Them switch kites tend to be a bit monochromatic...
