Wind Conditions at 3rd after work hours?

you have two options:

1. roll in by 5 and invest in a bigger (16m) kite. The wind dies at around 6, but if you've got a big kite, you could ride till dark most days.
2. figure out a way to get to the beach earlier so you can ride your 12.

bigger kite, damn... mean spending more money which i don't have lol.

i guess i will just roll in after work and hope for the best... otherwise i will just have to wait until the weekends.
