Stolen Wipika Kites?

Yesterday a guy at crissy field was trying to sell me some kites he said he found but which I believe to be stolen. He had two brand new 11m wipika matrix kites, two bars without lines, a bar with lines, another 7.5 meter kite of some kind and some random accessories. If you believe this guy has your stuff please let me know and I can tell you how to find this guy/where to tell the police to go. In your response please tell me the colors of the kites and what else he may have stolen so that I can verify that these are your belongings and that you are not just trying to buy his stolen goods.
