Banned in the Bay Area!

Ok, I'm new to the Bay Area and BAK. This forum is very informative, I've been reading the past few days since it's raining. I didn't know that the following was banned in the Bay Area!

OB: Buggying
Crissy: Moose knuckles, TTs, and swimming back to the beach.
Alameda: Yellow Cabrinhas, crashing kites, and kiting on cars and in the streets. Also I thought North Kites were banned but now they are selling them there?..what's the world coming to.
3rd: Alcohol and correct wind meters.
Sherman: Beavers and beginners.
