got any more specifics? like:
what time frame must the photo(s) be shot on the 3rd to be eligilble for judging?
what time do they need to submitted?
are you going to show the photos on a large screen on the 3rd?

Depending on the wind.
I am thinking that we will start around 2pm, usually wind is better late pm.
So then we can have the projections in the evening, finishing with prizes and little party.

I suggest that you make it an all day event...set a starting time..Like maybe 9:00/10:00 AM..the wind at Sherman is often very good in the AM. And then set an ending time so the photos can be submitted for the evening screening. This way, you will get MAX participation by both riders and photographers. Remember that many riders are also photographers and vice versa. This will also allow riders to participate in both the Kite415 freestyle/photo contest as well as the annual Redneck Races

lighting is different at different times of day as well. Photographers may want to take advantage of that. Sometimes near sundown is the best.
