How you be bro... SOO sorry you had to read this post!! Ya this guy cdog is a piece of work and things will always be the same as long as he's around?? The funny thing is he says he knows me but nothing could be further from the truth. back in the 80,s at my windsurfing store.. his brother Bruce was a member of our rental club. I swear on my mothers grave!! I have never been windsurfing with this guy? never have sold him anything from my store. Pam said she did know him as he used to sleep outside in back of our shop she says to hide from the cops. I did see him one time at the delta when he stopped my truck at a place called powerlines.. I honked my horn till he moved out of the way.. after I threatened to run over him.. I parked on the levy and asked a costomer of my store what was that all about????.. he said oh thats Charlie he thinks he's a cop today. I just laughed it off and hit the water.

I used to talk with his brother "Bruce" when he would come in and pay for his rental membership nice guy fo sho.. I asked him if he new that his brother (aka) cdog was picking up the board for
him to take to the beach?? he said no he did not!! and he wanted to pay me for another membership. I told him that he would have to come in and sign the disclosure to become a member; he never did this? but my wife Pam told me he tryed it again and said my brother is right down the street .. You can walk down there and see for yourself. She told him she was the only one working at the store and could not leave. she went back in the store and called me at work. I told her to check the trailer and do a board count. there was a board missing but there was no way I could prove it was him or someone else.

I called my partner and manufacturer who wanted to call the police.. I said Pam did not see anything and if we accused him there could be a "possible lawsuit" I told him that it was under control and I will talk with his brother..I never heard from bruce or cdog from that day to date.. till Pam said hi to him at the shack and he yelled ... "Hey here is the guy that started the wind business.. I asked pam who is this guy!!! she told me if you spent more time at the shop you would know he was the guy that used to rip off the rental's..

Fellow kiters.. and most of all "joyride" as I was trying to say when cdog chimed in here and said I was not a safe kiter?? this is not true!! I do make mistakes but I do my best to do the right thing most of the time and if you ask anyone that knows me. I think they will agree.. well most everybody?? I'm 62 years of age and I do have the normal old age issues but I try my very best to keep and share the stoke till my last day in the water.

From occasionaly speaking to Mr. Cdog the pass 3 yrs I've been kiteboarding, he seems like a nice person. Seen him yelling @ people (myself included) many many times, but every time for legitamate safety reasons. Can't imagine him being a thief.

Now mr fo sho on the other hand, I've personally witness selling junk equipments to newbies. He'll sell u a chain & said it's a leash. Yea..for my rottweiler.

Newbies-If u r going 2 buy used, do ur research so u won't get rip-off.

Others-it is NOT stoke to sell junks to newbies

I wonder if I sell my house in B Farm Is & buy a condo cross from lower launch, could I rename it JTzzzzzzzzeeeeeee's launch. @ least sounds better

Not sure who you are?? but I do know a guy that drives a black limo that lives next to Tommson and Vivein on bay farm Island .. If this is you Khan ?? " not sure on the spelling"..or if this is you?..please confirm.. if you want a refund on anything I sold you..or if you witnessed myself sell something you think was wrong or unjust to a fellow kiter.. I would like the chance to make it good.

If this is you "Khan" I only sold you a "Cabrinha Harness" for which you were to return the leash after you bought your own. after I sold you the harness you started kiting up at the shack and I never heard from you on my leash. I do consider that leash as a "Stolen Item" as it did not belong to me..it was extension leash that I borrowed from a fellow kiter.. and he did try to find you to get it back. this is how I met Tommson as he told me you were kiting up at the shack.

I do have a problem with "Loud Yelling" and this is a "Personal Issue" that I have.. I have the facts of what I type on this forum.. and would never "Ever!!!" post anything that was not a 100% true. as my word is my bond!!.. and anyone one that knows me?? knows that with me you must speak the truth or I can't be your friend.

Well, mr o fo sho, let me refresh ur memory:

3 yrs ago (mid season), after my 1st lesson, filled with overwhelming excitement, I bought a used kite & board, but was missing a harness & leash to start practicing. After meeting u for 5 min, u ran across st to ur junk stash & sold me a 3 seasons old harness for $100 & a homemade chain/leash for $20. After a wk of bruised ribs, realizing that it was not my size, I offered it bck 2 u for half($50) which u declined. Now u remember?

Just admit that u got me 4 being a newbie & we'll say water undr bridge.

I, Pamela never post on this site, but in this case, I feel the need to do so.
Approx summer 2007, you confronted us at Shellgate for free info in re to
kiting equip and retoric of the sport. You convinced us that you had been
rejected by the shack scene so we took you under our wing and gave you
info and pointers and Max sold you a very new 2006 Cabrinha waist harness
and he did not want you to keep the leash but you elected to do so and at
a later time you paid Max $20 for it. If you still have either item, I personally
will pay you your full price ASAP to buy them back. You know that Max and
I personally took a liking to you and helped you immensly when you were learning.
You even offered me a custon limo ride for the attention that I personally
gave you and I introduced you to Steve Gunn, the Cabrinha rep at Pismo Beach.
I take this insult personally about a high re-sale price for the harness/leash
and again if you still have them, I will personally buy them back.
Don't try to slander either of us again
